Appendix 1 – Tango Studio

DESCRIPTION

Tango Studio is an online learning platform operated by GIACHELLO SARL, offering educational content dedicated to Argentine Tango, including Tango Solo Trainings, Couple Course Modules, video lessons, training programs, and, more generally, any digital training made available online.

Any purchase made through www.santiagogiachello.com constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of both these specific Terms and the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of GIACHELLO SARL.

These provisions may be amended at any time. The applicable version is the one in force on the date of purchase.

THE CUSTOMER

The Customer declares that they are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a contract.

The information provided when placing an order must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

GIACHELLO SARL reserves the right to refuse any order if the information provided is clearly inaccurate or incomplete.

THE PRODUCTS

Each training program includes a detailed description specifying, in particular:

• its content;

• its approximate duration;

• the recommended level;

• the available language(s);

• the access period;

• the purchase price.

These descriptions are prepared with the greatest care but are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute contractual commitments.

ACCESS TO THE TRAINING PROGRAMS

Once payment has been successfully completed, the Customer receives personal access to the purchased training program.

Unless otherwise stated on the sales page, Tango Solo Trainings and Course Modules remain accessible for three (3) years from the date of activation.

Access requires an Internet connection and a compatible device (computer, tablet, or smartphone). GIACHELLO SARL shall not be held liable for any access difficulties resulting from inadequate equipment or insufficient Internet connectivity.

USER ACCOUNT

Login credentials are strictly personal.

The Customer agrees not to share their account or login credentials with any third party.

Any account sharing, lending of login credentials, or fraudulent use may result in the suspension or permanent termination of access to the training program without refund.

TRAINING LANGUAGES

Each training program specifies the language(s) in which it is available.

Some programs may be offered in several languages. Where multiple versions are available, the Customer selects their preferred language at the time of purchase.

PRICES

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (VAT included).

GIACHELLO SARL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

PAYMENT

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

An order becomes final upon successful validation of payment.

An order confirmation is then sent to the Customer by email.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The training programs offered through Tango Studio consist of digital content supplied electronically.

Where the Customer requests immediate access to the digital content, they expressly acknowledge that the performance of the service begins before the expiry of the statutory withdrawal period.

Provided that the legal requirements under applicable consumer protection law are met, the Customer expressly acknowledges that they lose their statutory right of withdrawal once access to the digital content has begun.

Accordingly, no refund may be requested after access has been granted, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

REFUNDS

Except where required by law, digital training programs are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content made available through Tango Studio—including videos, texts, exercises, documents, illustrations, logos, photographs, teaching materials, and any other content—remains the exclusive property of GIACHELLO SARL.

Any reproduction, copying, recording, distribution, publication, account sharing, resale, or commercial or non-commercial exploitation, whether in whole or in part, without prior written permission, is strictly prohibited.

Any unauthorized use may give rise to legal proceedings under applicable intellectual property laws.

LIABILITY

The training programs available through Tango Studio are intended solely for educational purposes.

They do not constitute a diploma, professional qualification, or certification.

The Customer's results depend primarily on their own commitment and practice.

GIACHELLO SARL shall not be held liable for any improper use of the training materials or for the Customer's lack of progress.

FORCE MAJEURE

GIACHELLO SARL shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from a force majeure event as defined under French law.

Whenever reasonably possible, an appropriate alternative solution will be proposed.
